Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This is requirement is for 4 each. The required delivery is 382 days ARO to Robins AFB, GA (line 0001). This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
