The required delivery is 352 days ARO to New Cumberland, PA for CLIN 0001 and 30 days ARO to New Cumberland, PA for CLIN 0002 (Contractor First Article Test). This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. FOB ORIGIN, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
