The 4 items in the letter solicitation anticipated to be issued are being added to Contract SPE4AX17D9407, which was awarded to 3M (76381) in accordance with the approved J&A. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package and a complete solicitation package.
