P/N: 320-4-44733-103; FOB ORIGIN, INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN. MEGGITT IS THE ONLY APPROVED SOURCE FOR THIS ITEM. DLA DOES NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN APPROVED TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE AVAILABLE FOR THIS NSN. A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) WILL BE FOR A FIRM FIXED PRICE QUANTITY OF 25 EACH. THIS SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN A FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT WITHOUT OPTIONS. THE REQUIRED DELIVERY SCHEDULE IS 294 DAYS ARO. THE USE OF THE SPRS/PPIRS IS APPLICABLE.

THE FINAL CONTRACT AWARD DECISION MAY BE BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF PRICE, PAST PERFORMANCE, AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT AN OFFTER THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED.
