Solicitation For Fresh Milk and Dairy Products support for DLA Troop Support to military customers in Nevada

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Troop Support) intends to support the needs of its customers by entering into one (1) Simplified indefinite-delivery contract (SIDC) to supply Fresh Milk, Other Dairy and Ice Cream Items to Group I –Nevada.

These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Milk, Other Dairy and Ice Cream Items for delivery beginning April 21, 2024 to April 26th , 2026. Market Ready Fresh Milk, Other Dairy and Ice Cream items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various DoD customers in Montana area. For all Class I fluid milk items, the EPA will be applied in accordance with DLAD 52.216-9032(see in Statement of Work) throughout the contract.

Pricing for all other items will remain firm fixed for the entire term of the contract. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
