Special Notice Reference # SP8000-25-R-ANTIMONY This IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Contracting Service Office – Columbus (DSCO-C3) intends to issue an unrestricted firm fixed price solicitation to SAM.gov, for Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Anticipated date of solicitation issuance in SAM.gov – on or around September 30, 2024 by 2:00PM Eastern.

Requirement Description: DLA intends to purchase a total 32.5 metric tons (MT) of Antimony Trisulfide (Sb2S3). The acceptable variance of the weight of antimony trisulfide delivered to DLA Strategic Materials is ±1%. The performance period of one (1) 60-month base period. "One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements."

PSC: 6810, the NAICS code for this action is 325998 – All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing, with a size standard of 650. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. DCSO-C3 requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems for Award Management.
