GENERAL INFORMATION FOR OFFERORS Please read the following carefully. Please read the solicitation in its entirety. 1. DESCRIPTION: The requirement is for an Oxygen Nitrogen Hydrogen (ONH) Analyzer.

2. QUOTE SUBMISSION: Quotes are due by 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the date specified in Block 8 of Page 1. Quotes are considered late after 11:00 PM EST. The following method of submitting a quote is as follows:

Please use Subject: SP4706-25-Q-0014 ONH Analyzer Offerors are responsible for submitting quotes, and any revisions, to reach the Government office designated in the solicitation by the date and time specified.

4. PROCUREMENT ITEM DESCRIPTION (PID): PID information is not available. A description of the supply/product is provided in attachment Att 1 PWS.Tech Specs Oxygen Nitrogen Hydrogen Analyzer.

5. UNIT PRICE AND TOTAL (Offeror Fill-in): Offerors shall include the unit price and the total price for CLIN 0001 quoted in Section B.
