This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and the solicitation number is SP4705-24-Q-0223. No formal solicitation will be issued. Please review the attached Statement of Work for more details. This solicitation is issued as 100% set-aside for small business concerns.

This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07 published in the Federal Register on August 29, 2024, and DFARS Publication Notice (DPN) 20240627. The NAICS code is 333241, Food Product Machinery Manufacturing and the size standard is 500. Preferably, we are seeking contractors within the Northern Area, closer to Fort Belvoir, VA.
