Purpose of this notice is to seek interested vendors to provide location (conference room) including chairs, tables, and A/V equipment for the event. Refer to below for more information. This is not a notice for vendors to register for the event.

DLA will be sponsoring a Cyber Security for OT Pillar Industry Day in April to assist Industry in understanding and meeting DoD/DLA cyber security requirements. DLA Operational Technology (OT)

Cyber Security Industry Day: Life Cycle Management/Cyber Security Requirements for Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). This applies to all FRCS that is procured, maintained, and / or operated by, or for, the DLA. This includes host, tenant and DLA Government Owned Contractor Operated / Contractor Owned Contractor Operated locations. DLA has 8 major Enterprise-wide facility maintenance operational technology (OT) requirements that will be posted for proposals shortly.

All of the requirements will include significant cyber security support. DLA will be sponsoring a Cyber Security for OT Pillar Industry Day to assist Industry in understanding and meeting DoD/DLA cyber security requirements.

Space Needs: 1 Conference Room – 300+ people 6 Breakout Rooms (30 – 50 people) 150 - 200 parking spaces Possible Dates: Tuesday April 2 Wednesday April 3 Thursday April 4 Following week, Tuesday through Thursday Location: Needs to be in Virginia and within 5 miles of DLA HQ (8725 John J. Kingman Rd, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060)

Time: Event starts at 9:30am (We need access at 8am) Event ends at 3:30pm (We will be cleared out by 4:30pm)

Needs: Conference/Meeting Space A/V Equipment (Virtual Broadcast – main and breakout sessions) Chairs, Registration Table Lunch / Food / Coffee and Drink availability Guest/Participant Breakdown 250 – 300 Industry 20 – 50 Government Proposed Agenda: 09:30am – 11:30am Full/Large Session 11:30 – 12:30pm Lunch/Networking* 12:30 – 2:00pm Breakout Sessions by Groupings 2:00 - 2:30pm Break/Networking* 2:30 – 3:15pm Full Session/Summary/Final Remarks 3:15 – 4:00pm Networking* Breakout Sessions: Building Control Systems (BCS) / Utility Control Systems (UCS) Electric Vehicle Support Equipment (EVSE) Elevator Systems Water Systems (Potable, Sewer/ Waste) Electrical & Lighting Systems (Building) HVAC + Building Automation Systems + Utility Metering Systems Electrical Distribution (Site) We will need a knowledgeable DM (SME) rep and J6 (SME) rep at each of the breakouts.

Breakouts will be customized for each Grouping (specific Cyber issues/concerns: i.e. Elevator issues much simpler than Electrical and Building Lighting, etc. Breakouts consist of short Grouping Cyber presentation followed by Q&A, Discussions, etc. Please contact Huong (Tiffany) Le at huong.le@dla.mil for questions.
