This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Please refer to Solicitation number SP4703-24-Q-0053 when responding to this requirement. This is a firm-fixed price award. This is an unrestricted procurement.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 519290 and small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is to provide an Internet Subscription for location and managing parts. This requirement is to support end users with the most advanced Web technology available to ensure rapid data parts information to support DLA–AVN customers and the warfighter 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Refer to Requirement Description for further details.

Performance period will be a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods. Refer to attached Combo Synopsis/Solicitaion document for further details of the requirement.
