DLA Aviation Ogden Furniture for Bldg. 849 *Location is at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, Bldg. 849, (Price Hall), rooms A-41, B-37 and C-03. To demolish and dispose of legally off Base, the existing systems furniture in the project areas. To provide and install new systems furniture in the project areas listed to include electrical and data connectivity, testing and certification.

The existing furniture in the project areas is antiquated and not in line with DLA Aviation Ogden Ergonomic and Right Sizing Standards therefore needs to be replaced with new furniture that meets the criteria. Site Visits can be scheduled Monday - Thursday from 0700 – 1500 MST upon request, at a minimum of 2 working days in advance. Lead time for Bids/Quotes due is 14 Calendar Days from the Solicitation Date. The contractor shall perform the service(s) required after coordinating with DLA PM/COR.

Normal working hours are 0700 to 1600 Monday through Friday. The estimated start date for any contract resulting from this solicitation is August 2, 2024. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror that meets the requirement stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and RFQ. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
