This is a combined synopsis/solicitation – Request for Proposal for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Itemms for SW Lincenses and support for CONFIGSNAPSHOT. THis SW is proritary to Rookery Software Ltd located in the UK. ., Rockery SW is th4 only known firm capable of satisfying the instant requirement. All supporting documents are provided in the attachment section of this announcement. THe sole source justification for this action is provided below:

Per FAR 6.302-1 subject requirement will be satisfied on a sole source basis with Rookery SW for CONFIGSNAP licenses and support the licenses and SW maintence is PROPRITARY to Rookery SW. ConfigSnapShot products and services are essential to the Government’s requirement and market research indicates other companies’ similar products do not meet, and cannot be modified to meet, the Government’s requirement. These services are required to maintain compatibility of its existing hardware and software infrastructure throughout the Agency.
