DLA Distribution-Intermec Labels and IRRD Paper

Amendment 0007 is being issued to provide answers to the second round questions. Two documents regarding label testing for one of the questions and are also being posted. Also, a revised Schedule of Supplies (Revision 3) is being provided, which updates the projected annual usage for each option period. Please use this latest revision when providing quotes. It is also extending the due date for quotes to 16 January 2024 at 1:00PM EST.

Amendment 0006 is being issued to extend the due date for quotes to 12 January 2024 at 1:00PM EST.

Amendment 0005 is being issued to extend the due date for quotes to 28 December 2023 at 1:00PM EST.

Amendment 0004 is being issued to incorporate a second revision to the Schedule of Supplies to correct the embedded Excel formulas and to provide a copy of the answers to first round questions asked by vendors. Also, a second round of questions is now open and will close on 17 December 2023 at 3:00PM EST. The only questions that will be fielded and answered in this round must directly relate to/clarify responses to first round questions. The due date for quotes is extended to 21 December 2023 at 1:00PM EST.

Amendment 0003 is being issued to incorporate provision, FAR 52.204-29 Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act Orders-Representation and Disclosures, and to incorporate clause, FAR 52.204-30 Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act Orders-Prohibition.

Amendment 0002 is being issued to remove clause, FAR 52.216-2 Economic Price Adjustment-Standard Supplies, and to incorporate DLAD Procurement Note, C13 Economic Price Adjustment-Standard Supplies.

Amendment 0001 is being issued to provide answers to the below vendor questions, incorporate a revised solicitation which removes the following provisions (252.225-7035, 252.204-7008, 252.204-7019) and clauses (252.225-7001, 252.225-7036, 252.204-7009, 252.204-7012, 252.204-7020), and to incorporate a revised schedule of supplies that corrects several part number and description errors.

DLA operated warehousing and distribution sites located within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) have requirements for a Contractor to provide Intermec (or equal) special format printer supplies. These supplies are required for the Intermec printers used in conjunction with DLA’s warehouse logistics management system. These supplies are essential in performing mission requirements, ensuring that DLA effectively and efficiently supports the warfighter.
