Amendment 0001 is being issued to extend the due date for quotes to 22 June 2026 at 1:00PM EST.

DLA Distribution Yokosuka located in Japan has a requirement to establish a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for (33) Hyster parts. See attached solicitation. This RFQ is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 335910 and the size standard is 1250 employees. The Product Supply Code (PSC) for this acquisition is 6140. Please direct any questions and email all quotes to John.Sproul@dla.mil.

1-Award will be made on an 'all or nothing' basis. 2-Taxes do not apply as DLA is a Federal Agency and is tax exempt. 3-Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). 4-All quotes shall be all encompassing of all costs with delivery to site. 5-All 'or equal' quotes must include specifications and literature on the 'or equal' items being quoted.

6-If shipment will exceed the weight or dimensions specified in the delivery instrucitons (page 34) than it is authorized that shipping is directed to the CCP, in Tracy, CA, rather than directly to Japan.
