ADDENDUM 1 - Questions and Answers are uploaded: please see attachments. Repair Doors & Panic Bar System, F336 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (all details are listed in the documents and should be reviewed). All work should be completed within the 45 calendar days and work is to be performed at Facility 336 which is located north of the intersection of Phillips Avenue and Fields Street, VAFB Enid, Oklahoma.

Work will include remove and replace exit doors in rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 with doors that have full length panic bar system. Refer to Appendix C – Drawings. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment , consumable materials, supplies, tools and other items to complete the construction as listed in the scope of work. All quotes shall include all shipping charges for completion of the project.

The contractor will coordinate all work with ASRC Federal Field Services (AFFS) Construction Management prior to execution. The list of items below are to be considered the general scope of work for the project. Remove and replace pre-existing doors in rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7. Additional details are described below:

a. Replacement doors must have a panic bar that spans the width of the door.

b. Replacement doors must be 3 feet in width and 7 feet in height.

c. Replacement doors must be glazed with an aluminum frame. Clean site to preconstruction or better. The Contractor shall provide a standard 1-year Warranty for all labor and material from date of the base’s acceptance of completion in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-21. No site visit is required, however if there is enough request for a site visit one will be scheduled and posted as an ADDENDUM to the solicitation.

All offerors must be registered in the SAM database to be eligible for award. Please see and review all documents attached, these documents are required to be completed and attached with bid proposals. All questions related to the solicitation must be submitted with the Q&A form attached, please submit to Shari Lamunyon @ shari.lamunyon.ctr@us.af.mil no later than February 6, 2024 by the end of day. Questions will be answered via an addendum to this solicitation shortly thereafter. NO BIDS wil be accepted or considered after the bid proposal date.
