Defense Logistics Agency-Energy (DLA-E), on behalf of Warner Robins-Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) on Robins Air Force Base, Georgia is seeking information from qualified and eligible Utility providers regarding their company's capability, resources, and experience to perform a Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) project at WR-ALC.
