Intent to Sole Source Subscription Requirement

Pursant to FAR 6.302-1. DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price Contract to Stratas Advisors, for customized and comprehensive reports regarding biofuels and fuel quality for numerous fuel markets. The delviery period will be for twelve (12) months (04/01/2024-03/31/2025).

This is not a request for proposals or quotations; however, any challenges to this sole source notice must be on writing and sent to dlae.bps@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determing whether or not to compete. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exist that would satisfy the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Governement.
