This solicitation SP060225R0700 is for the Bulk Fuel procurement under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. This procurement will cover requirements for a base year and three option years. The ordering period for the base year is the date of award through January 31, 2026. Specification No. 7-46311791-90/25E EN590: Specification No. 7-46311793-90/25E Fuels may be provided from any East/Gulf Coast port or the U.S. Possessions of Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. Only FOB Origin tanker offers are acceptable. Award is subject to the availability of funds. This procurement will utilize full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.1 Tanker size is 14,000,000 USG of either a single product or combination of products.
