The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing a Solicitation for Sale and an invitation to bid on the sale of Scrap Steel & Scrap Wood (Rail Lines & Railroad Ties) located at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach (Seal Beach, CA). Highly encourage to revise the solicitation document and invitation to bid as there were some changes. This is a Government Sale. If interested, please open the attached sales bid solicitation, complete the bid sheet, and send to the QRP office via mail.
