The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing a Solicitation for Sale and an invitation to bid on the sale of Scrap Steel & Scrap Wood (Rail Lines & Railroad Ties) located at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach (Seal Beach, CA). Highly encourage to revise the solicitation document and invitation to bid as there were some changes. This is a Government Sale. If interested, please open the attached sales bid solicitation, complete the bid sheet, and send to the QRP office via mail.

All bidders must follow the bid instructions from this package thoroughly. Bids are due no later than 2 P.M. (Pacific Time) 21 May 2025.
