1. Synopsis NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLC PH) is conducting market research to identify Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) capable of providing non-personal security administration support services for The Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet’s (COMPACFLT) Special Security Program. The attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS); which is subject to change, provides detailed requirements.

Eligibility Requirements Interested parties must meet the following criteria to be considered a qualified source: Be a registered Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Possess an active Top Secret Facility Clearance and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access. Be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). 4. Submission Instructions Interested and qualified businesses should submit a Capability Statement via email to jeen.h.chu.civ@us.navy.mil.
