Sources Sought Notice Commercial Housekeeping/Janitorial Services The Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), Indian Health Service (IHS), is issuing this Sources Sought Notice for informational and planning purposes only. This notice shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation, or commitment by the Government.

This notice is issued solely for market research to determine the availability of qualified vendors and whether this requirement can be set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), Small Business concerns, or another socioeconomic category. Purpose The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified contractors capable of providing commercial housekeeping and janitorial services and to determine their business size and socioeconomic status. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only.

It is not a solicitation for proposals, quotations, or offers. Requirement The Government is seeking contractors capable of providing non-personal commercial housekeeping and janitorial services for Government facilities located in Grants, New Mexico. Place of performance: 20 Mockingbird Dr., Acoma, NM. 87034. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Routine housekeeping and custodial services. Restroom cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking. Trash and recycling removal. Dusting and disinfecting high-touch surfaces. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Periodic deep cleaning of restrooms and common areas. Cleaning of administrative offices, education areas, recreation areas, hallways, and other occupied spaces. Furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning supplies necessary to perform the required services, unless otherwise specified by the Government.

561720 – Janitorial Services PSC Code: S201 – Housekeeping/Custodial Services Interested vendors proposing an alternate NAICS code shall provide a detailed explanation demonstrating how the proposed code more accurately represents the principal purpose of this requirement.

Instructions to Respondents: Interested parties are invited to submit the following information:

1. SAM Registration Confirmation that your company is actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. Provide your Unique Entity ID (UEI).

2. Company Information Company name. Business address. Point of contact. Telephone number. Email address.

3. Business Size and Socioeconomic Status Identify your business status, as applicable: Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Small Business SBA Certified 8(a) HUBZone Small Business Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Other socioeconomic designations 4. Capability Statement Provide a capability statement (not to exceed five pages) addressing: Experience performing commercial housekeeping and janitorial services of similar size and complexity.

Experience supporting Federal, Tribal, State, or commercial facilities. Staffing approach and ability to meet recurring cleaning schedules. Quality control procedures. Relevant past performance, including contract numbers, customer names, and points of contact, if available. 5. ISBEE Representation If claiming ISBEE status, submit a completed ISBEE Representation Form in accordance with HHS/IHS acquisition requirements.

Important Information: This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for market research purposes. The Government is not requesting proposals or quotations at this time. Responses will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result of this notice. If a solicitation is issued, it will be posted separately on SAM.gov. Interested parties must respond to any future solicitation to be considered for award.
