PORTABLE LATRINE SERVICES

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. It is the intent of the Contracting Office to use this for Market Research purposes only. If a formal solicitation is released, it will be via Sam.gov. The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this request for information.

The Mississipi Army National Guard seeks viable contractors who are capable and willing to provide Portable Latrine Services at Camp Shelby, Mississippi for use during training events. The training location requires suitable portable latrines that can be staged before training starts and pick-up when training is complete.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Portable Latrine Services that will be defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A detailed PWS will be posted with the solicitation. Services will include a monthly rental rate per unit; weekly unit rate per unit; and a daily rental rate per unit.

If this requirement is issued, the Government intends to issue an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) to a Small Business. The estimated period of performance (POP) is a 12 month base period with four 12 month option periods. Deliveries will be spread out over the year on an individual delivery order. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562991 (Septic Tank and Services) and a Small Business Size Standard of $9.0M.

PSC Code is W0855 (Lease or Rental of Equipment: Toiletries). Interested parties are invited to submit a mobilization plan that briefly summarizes, in no more than 2-3 pages, a timeline and plan for the delivery and placement of portable latrines at the Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center.
