2025-2026 G2K LABS MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with G2K Labs, Inc. located at 8300 Greensboro Drive, LBBY, #673, McLean VA 22102 for annual maintenance and support for all hardware and proprietary software components of the Group 2000 Mediation systems. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.

The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price contract. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), the justification available upon request with regard to this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures."

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334290. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The closing date for submitting a capability statement is June 12, 2025, at 10:00am Eastern Time.
