SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Grating should be fabricated from a single crystal diamond of size 10 mm by 10 mm by 0.1 mm Grating height should be >= 5 micron Grating size should be 2 mm by 2 mm or larger Grating period should be 1 micron, groove parallel to the long edge (in case one side can be longer than 2 mm) Grating duty cycle should be 50% at the top of the grating Required item(s) are listed below:

Linear diamond grating Pitch: 1000 nm Grating depth: 5 ¿m, >5¿m on a best effort basis The grating has an area of ~2 mm x 2 mm Location according to communicated SLAC design. Orientation of grooves is parallel to 2 mm edge of the grating. Substrate Specific _ qty 1 Handling and Shipment (XRn forwarder) Handling and shipping with XRnanotech forwarder. Per Shipping required. – qty 1 Quote is for product only; no on-site services permitted. Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced Method and best Lead-Time.

All subcontractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). If possible, please provide a link to your webpage for published price list to substantiate for the prices quoted. The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. August 2023) will be made a part of the resulting order. Please mark up terms and conditions if you wish to negotiate.

No mark ups mean that you accept SLAC Terms and Conditions. Payment Terms will be NET-30 Shipment will be made CIP SLAC, Menlo Park, and Duty Unpaid.
