SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. Qty 57 – Part# PT-103-AM-14H-QT32-1-H - PT-103-AM-14H with lead extension: 1.00 meters of 32 AWG Quad-Twist using High Temp Solder Qty 2 – Part# 8000-USB - Sensor calibration data - USB - One USB flash drive containing calibration certificates and curve files for all calibrated sensors in a single shipment RTD needs to be Ultra High Vacuum compatible. RTD needs to be able to attach to device using a #4-40 or M3 screw.

RTD needs to be calibrated with a temperature range of at least 14 K – 500 K RTD wires need to be about 1 m RTD base dimensions (not including length of wire) are preferred to be within an 8.9 mm x 7.6 mm envelope. Quote is for product only; no on-site services permitted. Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced and best Lead-Time. Please provide a price and lead time quotation by COB 11/08/2024. All subcontractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). If possible, please provide a link to your webpage for published price list to substantiate for the prices quoted. The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis.

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. August 2023) will be made a part of the resulting. order.
