DEP Life System

“PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with Maxentric Technologies, LLC, 2071 Lemoine Ave, Suite 302, Fort Lee, NJ, 07024 for the purpose of procuring a Detect Presence of Life (DEP Life) system for detecting life in areas that can not be seenn with other methods. The DEP Life system is easier to use and more portable than other types on the market.

The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and/or capabilities statement to this requirement by contacting Contracting Officer Brian Ames via email only bames@fbi.gov, no later than 11:59PM on 5/3/2025. Responses sent via other means (i.e. via telephone call, facsimile transmission, etc.) will not be considered.

Information received will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government”
