INC. is the only vendor capable of fulfilling the requirement of the FBI. This notice will be distributed solely through the U. S. General Services Administration's beta.sam.gov website (www.beta.sam.gov) Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the beta.sam.gov website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.

The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
