AMENDMENT 001

Amendment 1 extends the response deadline to 14:30 CDT, 3 April 2024. Questions and answers received have been posted, and an updated SOW marked up with revisions has been posted to the attachments section.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide a Video Teleconference System at Sheppard AFB, Texas.

See attached SOW for a detailed description and salient characteristics of the commodity sought in this solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. *Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.

In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.* The applicable NAICS code is 334310, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns. The solicitation number is # FA302023Q9999 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format.

All documents including the solicitation, FA302023Q9999, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 14:30PM CST on 22 March 2024. All questions must be submitted by 15:00 PM CST on 13 March 2024. All questions MUST be submitted in writing to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below as well. A site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, 12 March @ 1300 CST. To RSVP and receive details regarding location and security screening requirements you must send an e-mail to ashton.smith.6@us.af.mil NLT 11am Monday, 11 March. You will receive confirmation of receipt with details and instructions. This site visit is not mandatory but it is highly encouraged to ensure the best understanding of the Government's requirement.
