Current Software:
SD Elements Requirement: The SD Elements are required to support current Platform One daily operations. SD Elements gathers information about various projects and automatically generates threat modeling diagrams. By automating the generation of developer centric software threat models, developers are able to efficiently identify threats and know exactly where to implement required countermeasures.
This tool allows Platform One to enable security control compliance, secure app mission effects at the speed of relevance , while reducing time lost due to security related events. SD Elements is complexly integrated into the Party Bus Value Stream infrastructure. Party Bus (PB) is a P1 value stream that provides services to customer pipelines and offers a secure environment for programmers to develop under their Continuous Authority to Operate (cATO).
Party Bus offers a Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) kubernetes based platform and provides a secure, multi-tenant, and multi-classification environment with Staging and Production capabilities for the Department of Defense (DoD). This software will continue to provide the level of product support as is currently provided by the existing PB environment and is critical to maintaining the operational capabilities that Platform One provides to the warfighter. Could you please provide information on the following:
Alternative License Types: What other licensing options do you offer, and how do they differ from our current license?
Pricing Information: What are the costs associated with these alternative licenses?
Feature Comparison: Are there any additional features or benefits associated with the different licenses that we should consider?
Transition Process: If we decide to switch licenses, what would the process entail?
Interoperability: Please list out all/as many platforms your software interoperable with. We are eager to find a solution that will best support our needs and ensure continued productivity and efficiency.
Please Note: No award will be made under this RFI. Only a warranted Contracting Officer can obligate on behalf of the United States Government and that will be executed through an official request for quote (RFQ). The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFI. In the event the Government cancels this RFI, the Government has no obligation to pursue procurement or to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.
