PWSA Tranche 3 Tracking Layer RFI

SDA was established in March 2019 to provide fast, responsive, and resilient solutions to national security space requirements through deploying the Prolifferated Warfare Space Architecture (PWSA). The PWSA’s operational utility is predicated on resilient sensing and communications capabilities enabled by a proliferated constellation of relatively small, mass-producible SVs initially in low-Earth orbit (LEO).

The primary mission objective of the Tracking Layer is to provide global surveillance and targeting as a service with a 24/7/365 MW/MT/MD (MWTD) capability that is integrated for data routing with the Transport Layer.
