The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) invites you to submit a bid for the purchase of non-ferrous scrap metals stored in gaylords at Naval Base San Diego, California. This is a Government Sale. For full details and instructions on how to submit your bid, please refer to the attached bid information packet.

Submission Requirements: Bids must be submitted using the official bid sheet included in this email. Bid sheets must be completed in ink or typed, clearly legible, and signed by the submitting individual. All bids must be received no later than 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) on July 15, 2025.
