The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Schuylkill, located in Minersville, PA, intends to issue solicitation RFQP02132400007 for the award of a firm fixed price contract for (2) Aerco SPDW42 WWP91A SmartPlate Double Wall Water-to-Water Heater,per the specifications in this solicitation. Installation is not required.

Important: Any contractor interested in obtaining contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. In order to qualify for award, your business size metrics information entered in your SAM registration must be less than or equal to the size standard specified in this solicitation. Each bidder's SAM registration will be reviewed to confirm that your business size meets the small business standard required.

All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Items offered must exactly match the specifications in this solicitation in order to maintain consistency within the facility. Award will be made to the contractor(s) that will be able to provide the best value to the Government based on pricing and past performance. All quotes in the form of the attached SF1449 must be emailed directly to Stephanie Sandler (ssandler@bop.gov) by 12:00pm on February 5, 2024.
