Navy Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC) Facility Preventative Maintenance, Inspection, & Repairs

The contractor shall provide all preventive maintenance, inspection (PMI), and repair service contract for approximately 25 facility types and structures (i.e., student living quarters, training facilities, dining facility, energy plant, etc.) located on Joint Base Charleston-Weapon Station (JBC-WS), Goose Creek, SC.

Place of Performance: NNPTC is in Goose Creek, South Carolina on the Joint Base Charleston- Weapons Station (JBC-WS). Period of Performance is as follows:

1. Base Year: 01 April 2025 – 31 March 2026 2. Option Year 1: 01 April 2026 - 31 March 2027 3. Option Year 2: 01 April 2027 - 31 March 2028 4. Option Year 3: 01 April 2028- 31 March 2029 5. Option Year 4: 01 April 2029 - 31 March 2030 Site Visit Information: Prior to submission of quotes, parties interested in responding to this RFQ are highly encouraged to attend the SITE VISIT CURRENTLY SCHEDULED FOR 10 October 2024 @ 0900 EST. No other Site Visit opportunities will be available.

Attendees are limited to two (2) personnel per firm. Registrants shall submit company name, contact information, name of attendees and a completed Base Application Form-111 via email to both Dale Crews (roger.crews@us.af.mil) and SSgt Megan Rowlett (megan.rowlett@us.af.mil) no later than 7 October 2023 by Close of Business. Upon registration, Vendors will receive meeting location and itinerary information for the Site Visit.

Request for Information (RFI): Questions received, in writing, and subsequent answers will be posted to Sam.gov. Offerors are encouraged to submit in writing all questions and requests for clarifications no later than midnight EDT, 11 October 2024. The decision whether to respond to questions and requests for clarification made after midnight EST, 11 October 2024 shall be at the sole discretion of the contracting officer. Failure of a prospective offeror to submit any questions will be construed to mean that the prospective offeror fully understands all requirements of the solicitation. Questions must be emailed to:
