Genotyping Services of Mice

The contractor shall provide the services of a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis for Pg-p mouse for the study (414.30). The analysis is expected to ensure the correct mice are bred to establish a mouse colony. The expectations of the services are also important to determine if the correct genotypes and genetic backgrounds are being used in future experiments. The contractor shall perform analysis on the samples CVM provides to the contractor. The contractor shall provide results of the analysis to CVM to an online database. The contractor shall be responsible for performing this analysis on up to 1400 samples.
