RFQ - Optima MAX-XP Tabletop Ultracentrifuge and TLN100 Rotor Pack

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation is attached to this announcement.

The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-24-Q-78195 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13 is Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health (NIOSH) has a Brand Name requirement for an Optima MAX-XP Tabletop Ultracentrifuge and TLN100 Rotor Pack to be delivered on or before six weeks after a purchase order is awarded.

Please see the attached RFQ for the delivery schedule, specifications and proposal information. The quote format is at the discretion of the offeror. It is the quoter's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

Clauses and provisions may be accessed via the Internet at website https://www.acquisition.gov/ This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 May 22, 2024. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333998 All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery, SBA size standard of 700 employees. This acquisition is not a small business set-aside.

A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing to the successful quoter. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management. To register apply via the Internet at http://www.sam.gov.
