DENTAL X-RAY GENERATORS & ACQUISITION SENSORS This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. This solicitation is for various medical centers across VISN 5 in Washington, DC, Maryland, & West Virginia. The NAICS is 339114 & PSC is 6520 (CLINS 1-15) & N065 (CLINS 16-19). All technical & price proposals are due no later than Monday, April 28, 2025 by 12:00PM EST. The only POC for this solicitation is Phillip.Duba@va.gov.

All technical proposals must include the brand, make, and model and include the technical specifications to be properly evaluated. If your proposal is based on contractual items, include the contract number in your submission. Note the Evaluation Factors listed in Section E.4 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Products & Commercial Services.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Utilize Section B.3 Price/Cost Schedule, found in the solicitation to submit your price proposal. Section C.4 FAR 52.225-2, Buy American Certificate must be completed for CLINS 1-15, or your submission will be determined to be non-responsive and will not be evaluated. Section C.7 VAAR 852.219-76, VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting, must be filled out and signed, or your submission will be determined to be non-responsive and will not be evaluated.
