The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price single contract to the vendor who most closely conforms to the evaluation factors and provides the best value to the agency. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. NAICS is 314999 & PSC is 4210. See Section B.3 Price/Cost Schedule on pages 8-10 below for item information.

NOTE: CLINS 0001 & 0002, (Fire-Dex) are BRAND NAME ONLY. CLINS 0003 – 0009 are BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. Section C.5 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate must be completed, or your proposal will be determined to be nonresponsive. Evaluation technique is Comparative Evaluation. The Technical Factors are found in Section E.5 FAR 52.212-2. All technical & price proposals must be submitted by 12:00PM EST on Friday, May 17, 2024, to Phillip.Duba@va.gov.
