TeleGeography Subscription

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM), located in Washington, D.C., intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis and award a one-year base contract to PRIMETRICA INC., 1 Thomas Circle, Washington, DC 200005-5824.

This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of permitting other than full and open competition, implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 “only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”. The National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) is the Executive Branch agency responsible for advising the President on telecommunications and information policy issues.

NTIA’s programs and policymaking efforts focus on expanding broadband Internet access and adoption across the United States, promoting efficient and effective use of spectrum by all users, and ensuring that the Internet continues to serve as an engine for innovation and economic growth.
