This requirement is set-aside 100% Buy Indian (specific to Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services); wherein, Buy Indian means American Indian and Alaska Native Small businesses, in accordance with the criteria and size standards of 13 CFR Part 121. Indian Health Service (IHS) – The Hopi Health Care Center (HHCC) requires the procurement of five (5) Facilities & Maintenance Department 40’ Conex/containers. The contractor shall provide five (5) 40’ storage containers (Conex).

The Conex shall be 8’ x 9.5’ x 40’. The containers shall have the following options completed, exterior refurbishment, grind, prime, and paint Std. Beige. The contractor shall deliver the unit to Hopi Health Care Center, HWY264, MM 388, Polacca, AZ 86042-4000.
