The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for facility operations and preventive maintenance services for structures and building equipment at U.S. Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Facility at the following location(s): Memphis Internal Revenue Service Center (MIRSC) 5333 Getwell Rd, Memphis, TN 38118. For information purposes, the services described shall be in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Performance Work Statement entitled, Operations, Maintenance and Repair (O&M) Services Memphis Internal Revenue Service Center (MIRSC), Memphis, Tennessee.

This action is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation 2043FY-25-Q-00015 (RFQ1752450) will be available on 04/10/2025 and will be distributed solely through GSA Facilities Multiple Award Schedule 561210FAC.
