Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Far East (NAVFAC FE) FEAD Camp Butler is soliciting proposals for IE-SHIMA MARINE CORPS BASE FACILITIES MULTI-FUNCTION MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES AT MCB CAMP SMEDLEY D. BUTLER, OKINAWA JAPAN. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to perform Ie-Shima Marine Corps Base Facilities Multi-Function Maintenance and Services at MCB Camp Smedley D. Butler, Okinawa Japan. The below are types of service anticipated: Facility Investment includes:

Fire Suppression Systems Gate Barrier Systems Exhaust Hood and Duct Systems Grease Traps Septic Tanks Oil Water Separators Integrated Solid Waste Management Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping The resulting contract will include a single award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work requirements for 12 months base period and seven (7) one-year option periods.
