NATO Business Opportunity: Human Security Subject Matter Expert Contractor Services

NATO Joint Force Training Center (JFTC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland has issued a Simplified Acquisition Request for Proposal (RFP) for the competitive selection of the Best Value technically compliant offer for Human Security Subject Matter Expert Contractor Services. The result of this bidding will be a Commercial Personnel Services Contract in accordance with the JFTC Special Terms and Conditions for Commercial Personnel Services Contracts in Support of Training Events.

To be eligible to participate in the bidding process, U.S. bidders must 1) have professional operations in the United States, 2) have performed contracts of the size, cost, and scope as described in the RFP, and 3) include only personnel on this requirement who are citizens of a NATO nation.
