NATO Business Opportunity: NATO ACT Facade & Rooftop Renovation

Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of Facade & Rooftop Renovation Services. HQ SACT has been experiencing numerous water incursions through the roof and facade of the facilities. A contractor has performed an evaluation of multiple identified locations of potential incursion, providing a report of findings and recommendations.

These must be addressed so as to prevent further damage, work disruptions, and potential health and safety concerns. Please note that all proposed key personnel on this requirement must be citizens of a NATO nation. This is a Firm Fixed Price deliverables contract. Partial bidding is not allowed.

HQ SACT will hold a mandatory site visit on 20 August 2024. Bidders must provide written intent to perform a site visit no later than 18 August 2024. Bidders must submit initial technical and contractual questions no later than 28 August 2024. Bids must be received at HQ SACT no later than 9:00 AM on 20 September 2024. No bids shall be accepted after this time and date. No hard copy proposals will be accepted. REQEST FOR PROPOSAL Please see attached.
