NATO Business Opportunity: Development of Digital Twin Proof of Concept

Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to develop a proof of concept of digital twin composition into a simulation system, being able to replace a selected functionality (module) of the simulation system. REQEST FOR PROPOSAL Please see attached. BIDDING PROCEDURE A Declaration of Eligibility is NOT required for this opportunity. Do NOT submit your proposal to the Department of Commerce.

Please submit your proposal directly to HQ SACT using the contact information provided in the RFP. IMPORTANT DATES Bids must be submitted to HQ SACT, Purchasing and Contracting Office, no later than 17 April 2024, 0900 hours. No bids shall be accepted after this time and date. No hard copy proposals will be accepted. The contract awarded shall be effective upon date of award.
