RFI for FFMS Infrastructure O&M Support Services

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the United States (U.S.) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Resource Management Division (RMD) for Federal Financial Management System (FFMS) Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY.?This is not a solicitation?announcement.

This RFI?is solely for market research and planning and information?purposes and?is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a?subsequent?solicitation (Request for Proposal, etc.).?This RFI does not commit the Government to contract any supply or service. ICE is not seeking proposals?at this time. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government?will not pay any costs incurred in response to this RFI.

All costs associated with responding to this RFI will solely?be at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government.? Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Unsolicited proposals in response to this RFI will not be considered.

RFI Purpose:?This RFI/Sources Sought is seeking information to aid in refining the acquisition strategy, determining if a set aside will be used, contract vehicle selection, and seeking comments and information on the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is a draft and is subject to change. Do NOT submit pricing information in response to this RFI.
