Headquarters Supreme Allied Command Transformation (HQ SACT) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to involve industry in an examination of future capabilities that could have a positive impact on Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and/or Digital Transformation (DT). Anticipating the further growth of innovation efforts at ACT, and also in the larger NATO enterprise, ACT is introducing the Innovation Continuum.
The vision is for ACT's Innovation Continuum to provide a scalable framework to accelerate the provision of innovative solutions through experimentation and demonstration. The 2024 events under this framework focus on advancing MDO and DT through emerging technologies This is an RFI only.
HQ SACT has not made a commitment to procure any of the items described herein, and release of this RFI shall not be construed as such a commitment, nor as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement will be required or sought. It is emphasized that this is an RFI, and not a Request for Proposal of any kind. Do NOT submit your RFI questions/responses to the Department of Commerce.
All requests for clarifications, questions, and responses to this RFI must be sent via email to all Points of Contact provided in the RFI. Contracting and Technical POCs must be included in any correspondence. HQ SACT’s reference for this RFI is RFI-ACT-SACT-24-27 and all correspondence and submissions concerning this matter should reference this number.
