NATO Request for Information: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) for Agency Business Mobility Network

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified vendors and gather input on potential solutions to support the upcoming acquisition for enabling a secure Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) capability on NCIA’s Business Mobility Network.

The NCIA reference for this RFI is RFI-07301-BYOD, and all correspondence and submissions concerning this matter should reference this number This RFI is issued for planning purposes only and is part of NCIA’s effort to ensure it has a clear understanding of the marketplace, available capabilities, and potential acquisition strategies. This RFI is issued solely for informational purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB).

Any response to this RFI shall be provided on a cost-free and voluntary basis. Not responding will not prejudice or cause the exclusion of companies from any future procurement that may arise from this RFI Responses are to be submitted no later than 12:00 hours CET on 30 October 2025. Do NOT submit your RFI responses to the Department of Commerce. Please submit your responses to the RFI Points of Contact, whose email addresses are provided on page 6 of the RFI.
