The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing routine, preventive, and as-needed maintenance and repair services for Lenco BearCat armored vehicles that support all U.S. states and territories, including San Juan, Anchorage, Alaska, and Honolulu, Hawaii. 

** This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or a commitment by the Government to issue a future solicitation.

Responses shall be submitted electronically to: Candice Kesselman, Contracting Officer at ckesselman@fbi.gov.
Submission Deadline: ALL responses shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email by Monday, June 1, 2026 at 10am Eastern Time. No submissions will be accepted after the date/time provided.
