Web-based Postage Solutions

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION CONTEMPLATED REQUIREMENT We are looking for a vendor to supply web-based postage meters and scales for the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and satellite facilities located in an estimated 331 locations. The Contractor shall have the capability to provide, service and maintain mailing system equipment for processing official mail and packages. At a minimum, each mailing web-based system shall include a postage meter scale and associated peripherals.

Contractor tasks include refresher training, and maintenance of the solution. Contractor tasks for the mailing system shall include project management, equipment delivery, installation setup and testing, training and refresher training, equipment/system maintenance, and contractor hosted enterprise-wide carrier pricing and accounting software, administration, and database management (to include reports).
