Civil/Architectural Replace PVC roof membrane system on Cab Roof Replace PVC roof membrane system on Tower Catwalk Replace the vinyl Sidings of the ATCT including above and below the Cab windows Construct stud structural framing and Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) on the ATCT Construct perimeter foundation beam for EIFS Replace the front exterior door (Storefront) Reconstruct concrete side walk at storefront Replace defogger system.

Move all existing HVAC, electrical, utilities, and conduits away from the new building EIFS Abate lead paint at building entrance and windows Mechanical Replace HVAC packaged unit on the 4th floor. Install a mini split air conditioning unit in the Telecom room on the 4th floor. Install common fresh air intake duct for the CAB HVAC units on the 4th floor.
